Blue Tree Project's mission is to help spark important conversations and encourage people to speak up when battling mental health concerns. By spreading the paint, and spreading the message, 'it's ok to not be ok', we help break down the stigma that's still largely attached to mental health.
The blue tree that was once painted as a practical joke now holds a new meaning and acts as a symbol of hope for those struggling. With over 1,500 trees painted across Australia and other parts of the world, it highlights the need for such a project.
